PORT-AU-PRINCE – Haitian state-owned power firm Electricite d’Haiti (EDH) said on Tuesday that output at Peligre, the Caribbean nation’s largest hydroelectric plant, was down to zero after protests over distribution of the country’s flailing power supplies.
